Yes. The live class is free to attend. When you register, you will receive
the Zoom details, scheduled reminders, and relevant homebuyer education.
Do I need good credit or a large savings account?
No. The class is designed for people at different points in the process,
including people who have questions about credit, savings, debt, or whether
homeownership is possible for them.
Do I need to already be pre-approved?
No. You can attend before speaking with a lender. The class helps explain
where pre-approval fits into the process and what you may want to prepare
for that conversation.
Will I be pressured to buy anything or sign up for a loan?
No. This is an education-first experience. You decide whether, when, and
with whom you want to take your next steps.
How do I join the live session?
